LMS Parents and Prospective Student-Athletes:
As we prepare for the spring sports season, we want to share some important information for families with students interested in participating in middle school athletics.
Access to important spring athletics information will be available on February 2nd, 2026 by visiting LMS Athletics. Specific information for your child’s sport of interest is available by clicking the season-specific tab at the bottom of the page. This includes important details such as tryout dates, times, and coaches contact information.
Important Steps to Participate in Tryouts:
- All participants must be registered on FamilyID and have a PIAA Sports Physical attached to their registration in order to try out. No exceptions!
- If a student-athlete participated in a Fall Sport, they will need to complete are upload section 7, the recertification portion of the PIAA form.
- If a student-athlete has not played a fall sport, parents must complete the PIAA Sports Physical form, linked here: PIAA - CIPPE Sports Physical. Section 6 of the form must be signed and dated by a physician after May 1, 2025 to be valid.
- Once completed, upload the PIAA Sports Physical (including the signed Section 6) to FamilyID. Registration for fall sports through FamilyID can be completed here: https://students.arbitersports.com/lionville-middle-school/lionville-middle-school-athletics-spring-2026
- Prospective student-athletes may register and try out for one sport per season. They must be registered at least 24 hours prior to tryouts to ensure all documentation is properly evaluated.
We encourage families to review this information carefully and reach out to the appropriate coach with any questions once the details are posted.
Best,
Kristen D. Del Grippo
Assistant Principal/Athletic Director
