Activities
LMS Activities, Clubs, etc.
LMS activities, clubs, organizations, etc...Our school supports a wide variety of after school clubs, student-centered activities, and service organizations. We encourage all students to be involved and to pursue their passions and interests! Check out our activity offerings below. If you feel like there is something missing, or if you have an idea for a new and exciting idea, reach out to a staff-member so we can help you share your interests with other Lions!
Work Permits
All students between the ages of 14 and 17 are required by Pennsylvania School Law to secure an Employment certificate, known as "Working Papers," before they may begin to work. Students, who have reached 18, by state law, do not need working papers.
Please bring a completed copy of the Work Permit Application to the Downingtown High School East Main Office with a copy of the required proof of age such as one item listed below. Students must be present to sign the working permit in the presence of the Issuing Officer prior to providing a copy to their employer.
